Bad experience. First off the car had a cracked tail light and they had to get it replacement so it would pass inspection. It took them 4 tries to get it right because of the kept ordering the wrong taillight.
Then every detail of the loan was completely wrong right down to the payment date and the payment amount.
And now my paper tags are expiring in 6 days have been calling them for a week. And have yet to get through to the person in charge of tags or get a call back of any kind.

Terrible customer service, promised me a new key in my contract, everytime I call about it they flake or never call back. My license plates werent even transferred correctly and I havent gotten new ones since. They messed up my name in the registration 3 times. Complete joke.
