I would never use this agency again. The agents misrepresented many things when buying our house from them. The two brothers who work their told us it was them who was the brokers. When it wasn't them at all. It's owned by a lawyer. They told us to do stuff until it sold. Then left is holding the bag for lots of wrong things and costing us more money in the end. The attic and basement had stuff in them full and they told us not to put it in the contract so we wouldn't loose the house and they would come with a buddy and clean it out We didn't find out about the bad property line problems until it settled and all the sewage that was on the floor from their buddy inspector who they hired said he would do a good job who caused the sewage to back up in the basement. The list goes on. Now they tell us it's our problem we bought it. they will not answer the phone and blow us off. I have filed with the board of realtors for unethical conduct from them. We have also filed. Suit against the home inspector. Worst company ever.
