Called to get an appointment after a car accident. Had a swollen optic nerve and was told to see a neurologist. Lady on phone was incredibly rude and just kept saying, "we don't treat car accidents". Will never refer anyone there.

Ive been going to Dr. Greenberg for probably twenty years. During this time I have found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable with a genuine desire to address my concerns. His staff has always been friendly and welcoming and have always addressed my concerns whether health, prescription or getting me into the office for an appointment. Ive always been very happy with them and have recommended them to countless others.

Dr. Greenberg, is a wonderful doctor. He has the patience of Job. I can be very difficult to deal with at times especially if I feel I am not being heard when trying to express myself. Each and every time I have been in to see him he has been nothing but professional and willing to hear everything that I have to say as well as open to any of my suggestions. I truly recommend him without any reservation to anyone looking for a wonderful neurologist.

Most incompetent reception & staffing who sole intention is to argue & pass the blame. Receptionist stated there was a past due balance, then requested I provide evidence of the deposited checks, when I obtained the necessary info & prepared the dox & made an inquiry as to where to send the info they started name calling- all because they dont wont or cant do their job effectively. This was not the 1st issue where I had to show them where they were WRONG! These repeated acts rudeness & incompetence should not be tolerated by either the patient nor the employer. NO reflection on Dr Greenbergs competence as a medical practitioner but his staff needs intensive training. Searching for a new DR now because of his staff- seems a shame with the rising costs of medical, you cant even get decent customer service. Receptionist has had me on hold for 15 mins now to avoid accepting responsibility for the incompetence, waiting for 4pm to close the office rather than hanging up on me!! I just wanna know how/where to send the documents the receptionist requested, to show their balance is incorrect. If you are wrong, just run & hideseems to be the office policy NAME CALLING & placing customer on hold- office closes @ 4pm but the staff refuse to answer the phone! Multiple attempts only get you to Dr answering service DEPLORABLE office staff-

Dr Greenberg is a very excellent doctor and very knowledgeable, however his office staff manners are unprofessional. I had a virtual appointment scheduled one month in advance and was expecting to get a link. I never got a link and I called the office on the day of the appointment to verify. I was told that they had called the numbers I have on file to leave messages and because I didnt respond it was regarded as a no show. I told them that I never received any calls and offered to screen shot my calls on my phone to let them know that I really did not get a call. The office continued to literally call me a liar. This form of aggression is uncalled for and unprofessional, undesirable and a form of harassment. Dr Greenberg you need new office staff who knows how to communicate with the public.
