I recently used the coldwell banker website to find a realtor in the PG County, MD area. I found Kimberly Bellinger and reached to her via email with an outline of what type of property I was looking for and my what amenities needed to be included. First, Kim responds back and asks to schedule a phone call a few hours ahead. I gave her the number to contact me at. Then she does not call me until an hour AFTER the agreed time and blamed it on an email inbox glitch. Nonetheless, we speak and she asks questions that could have easily been addressed via email. After the phone call she sent qualifying properties 2 days later. Next, Kim says we can tour next weekend and we schedule 3 viewings for Sunday (today) at noon. Shortly after this confirmation, I mention to her that I received an email to make an account for a website to better communication with her. Ive never had to make an account for anything to meet with a realtor so I mentioned that to her and confirmed Sundays viewings, but got no response. Today is the day we agreed to tour the properties and I got a text message from Kim at 8AM saying she is not able to make it to the viewings. She then texted the contact info of the listing agents for the properties that were scheduled for and concluded her message with good luck on the search. Communication with Kim has been very poor and almost non existent. From saying theres email glitches to not responding back for days, then canceling on clients the day off, she is very unprofessional. Do not do business with Kimberly Bellinger. She will waste your time instead of redirecting you to someone who can actually help.
