It was all good but theres a lack of communication they never notifies when my treatment plans up in fact Theres no communication they have so I refuse to go back

The staff was very welcoming. They took time to go over everything with me. 3 hours later they were as pleasant as the start. I looking forward to working with them further.

Terrible receptionists. First they call me to confirm and because my first name is Anacristina they pronounce my last name hombre... its Embrey. A Scottish name. Then I call back to re-schedule from the 13th to the 20th. Everything goes well until I arrive. According to this other receptionist that every time I see is on a personal phone and doesnt put it down when I enter... tells me I dont have an appointment. I sit down and ask her to help me figure out why and to be seen. She does nothing and lets me sit here. Unbelievable!! What kind of doctors office is this??
