Hailey is my agent at Jane Staples and she is nothing short from awesome. She was very polite and very detailed in everything she did for us. I remember when i was first shopping around for home insurance. she was very thorough in providing a quote that was comprehensive enough for our home. As a first time home buyer things like home insurance can be hard to understand, especially in the type of coverage to look for. She went through everything line by line and broke down what to look for for the type of home we bought. She ensured i got the best offers they were providing at the time. I also appreciate her going over our car policy. She provided new information about our policy i didnt even know about. Thankful to have her as my agent. It is hard to talk to kind people in customer service. she made me instantly recognize that i was talking to her based on the level of care and support she provided over the phone. I googled waldorf location office. Called made appt. To be seen in 5 minutes. Did not like previous agent. Poor customer service, not caribg nor friendly. Canc. Policy went to another agent. Major over charging me. L'Nia agreed. Was shocked how much other ins. was charging me. She had state farm policy reinstated with lower rate...It worked out, gave great advice, friendly, awesome, beautiful smile, great listener, knowledgable, Most of all I am very happy and love her. And she is a great asset to your office... please acknowledge her job... Betty Johnson
