Absolutely love this business I have only been one time so far and cant wait to go back. The owner is very warm, personable and professional. She definitely knows what she is doing. My eyebrows were beautiful. It was my first time getting henna and it has been years since a wax. I love them.

Today was my first time getting my eye brows waxed by Ms. Coleman and I will definitely be booking again. Her salon is very clean and she was very welcoming and I felt extremely comfortable while getting my brows done. She was super excited to wax my brows and they came out great! She was VERY informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her service for anyone who loves perfectly waxed brows. Thank you again!

Im disappointed and furious with the lack of respect to return or respond to texts / calls and failure to honor her own stipulations. I make my appointment a month in advance. I was a client since January 2022. I had something come up and canceled a full week before my appointment and reached out to reschedule. Ive never been late and would call out of an abundance of caution if I thought I may run late. I respect folks time. She ignored my text messages and calls in April. Then I reach out again to make appointment in May; per her guidelines one must reschedule within 60 days of canceled appointment or forfeit the deposit. There are no appointments available in May and it appears her June books are closed too. I text no answer. I call, goes straight to voicemail as if she has me blocked! I suspect this is why I cannot book an appointment. Then I see her post on IG, I send a DM. Something Im not accustomed to doing, but this demonstrates my attempts to reach this person. Crickets! I would tip on every visit. Then I have a feeling my deposits were not applied to my service. I also was promised a free tint since it didnt take well during my initial visit ; didnt receive that either Word to the wise, this business owner doesnt honor their own rules.

I drove 2hrs for this lovely soul to make me feel beautiful again! I know people may think its just eyebrows but trust me after a year like we had in 2020 it was MUCH NEEDED! The studio space was clean and well decorated, she followed COVID protocol. G walked me through the steps of her waxing process and even asked me what I wanted to see come of this experience! The wax was not too hot as most salons are during application, she was very gentle. As you can see a job well done!! Since March Ive been trying to get an appointment but G has been booked and busy! Ill continue to wait without a problem 20/10 would highly recommend!
