The worst cleaners in Waldorf. I dropped 3 dresses off to be cleaned and they ruined them all and refused to pay for them. They are very over price if you go here any other day than Wednesday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GOOD CLOTHES HERE!

The worst cleaners in Waldorf.  DO NOT take your good clothes to them.  They use to be a very good cleaners but since the pandemic, they have been lacking.  I have seen them do horrible work.  They destroyed 3 of my brand newer dresses and wouldn't give me any kind of reimbursement for them .....plus my clothes wasn't cheap to clean.  (I didn't drop my clothes off on a Wednesday)  You better off taking your clothes to Zips.

Terrible. I dropped my jacket off to be cleaned. I received a call telling me my keys were in my pocket and to pick them up but when I got there they had lost them. They all blamed each other and refused to replace or take any responsibility. Very rude and dismissive. I will never have another garment cleaned here and I hope you don't either.
