Very disappointed. I have been going to this dentist for YEARS. I'm in excruciating pain. They refer me out to a Dr that can take care of me for almost a month AFTER my original appointment. What is going on? Gone are the days where dentists go the extra mile to get you taken care of. I'm in pain for three more weeks. This is aweful.

This use to be a great dental office. It has really gone down hill. Never missed an appointment or came in late. But yet their new policy, which I have not seen in writing, is that you cant schedule your next appointment unless they have a cancellation only. Which means you have to be on their time. Never seen an office ran like this. The front desk person sounds like theyre annoyed every time you speak with her. If youre looking for professional, organized, and personable office keep searching.

This place is a joke. Find someplace else. Trust me on this. So unprofessional and disorganized. Brought my daughter here . Will never return.

The dentist herself is rude and a bit condescending. She did my fillings and when I returned the next day, I explained to her that when I floss, the string is snagging very badly. She scoffed at this and very noticeably became irritable. She explained that I must be flossing wrong and then asked me to floss and continuously tried to correct my technique whilst her assistant giggled. It was very demeaning and I explained, string floss is a bit archaic, I use dental plackers and methods aside, I need you to correct the poorly done filling. She was able to file the filling down, but I've taken my business elsewhere. Also, they are short staff at the reception desk, so be sure to have proof of voicemails if you try to cancel your appointment. OH, and they don't check voicemails on Mondays which I can only assume is to charge people if they cancel appointments over the weekend. Overall, the practice is clean and the dental work was average. But I recommend going anywhere else. Professionalism is lacking here and I fear this practice is a bit "holistic"... or maybe just old school.
