The staff is very affectionate and professional words cannot express how sweet each and everyone of the staff members are. Beautiful how everyone can work together and listen to each others voice and opinions. My son's first daycare and he loves his teachers and knows everyone's name because everyone has shown him such love and care. God bless the Pearl family for showing this much love. I know your little one will be soo happy here

PCLC is the first place Ive called home since moving to southern Maryland. There is a very special feeling that comes when you enter the center. The staff, families and the children collectively make PCLC the best childcare experience offered in the area. Pearls Childcare Learning Center is one of the best workplaces and childcare centers in the state. They show us employees and our children so much love and kindness in so many ways. There is astonishing growth and development for the employees and the children. They treat us with respect and dignity. They go above and beyond to make sure that we are always taken care of and that our mental health is okay as well. They treat us staff and the children like family and always show up for us not only as directors but as mentors as well.
