The parts department!!!! To say that in the past theyve left a lot to be desired is an understatement. I came in yesterday to order filters and parts for 5 machines. Needing to be billed separately. There were people waiting when I walked in the door. They were helping me in less than 5 min and got everything ordered. Called me back to double check a number that I gave them wrong. Walked in this morning and was welcomed by name and all my parts are in and correct! Thank you so much to the new guys in the parts department. Fast, Friendly, Accurate!
