Happy FRIYAY! Hands down a 10 out 10! The entire vibe and culture of this location is top tier! I personally worked with Keysha, Keenan, Manager Roba A. and Manager Shay! A breath of first air, these three team members were very knowledgeable of plans, promotions, etc. and very informative in assisting me.(and i had a million and one questions, lol) The team went through each plan in detail to help me visually see my potential monthly bill. Long story short... I'm a returning Verizon customer...changing carriers...I am back after a year, and couldn't be happier. Verizon service doesn't compare to other competitors in this area! So if you have a choice, I encourage you to visit the corporate store in Waldorf. Thank you to the entire team! Trust me, you will thank me later. So you're welcome friend! (:

I always hate going into this store because I never get anything accomplished. I upgraded my phone from a pre-paid to a paid plan. This was the worst thing ever. I have a nice phone, even though both my husband and I are on verizon; he has a pre-paid plan. When I call I can't hear him but he can hear me. The plan is $100.00, and I wish I had stayed on the pre-paid plan. I asked them if they could exchange the phone, and they said I would have to pay 600 or 900 dollars to pay off the plan before they could give me another phone. The main reason I switched to the plan was because I thought I would have had better service with the plan. When you come to this location, it will always cost you. It you are spending a lot of money you get treated differently.
