This was not a good Juneteenth Bojangles day. We opted to dine in. We were welcomed by the staff which was nice but the atmosphere was downhill from there. We took a few minutes to decide but upon ordering we were told there were no chicken tenders. Not the biggest breaker, but then also there was no ice. No signs up at all about the missing product. The staff in the back was loud, with their personal conversations peppered with crude language. I had ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich and after sitting down the cashier informed me they were also out of lettuce. These things could have been remedies by as quick walk to Safeway in the same shopping center, a staffer had been there on break, and another was about to go there (loud overheard conversations). The AC was off, so the dining area was uncomfortable. at least three tables had not been properly cleaned. We were the only people in the dining area, aside from a plumber who was taking breaks, and no one was tidying the dining area. I went to use the restroom and the whole mens room had a crew working, urinal on the floor, water turned off, no signage. The ice-less Cheerwine we discovered was also flat. Overall disappointment for what was usually our go to Bojangles up North here. Was really looking hard at the Popeyes next door when we left.
