Preda has been nothing less than outstanding to work with as my realtor. She works in excellence, very knowledgeable, very efficient , And whatever you put before her she WILL get it done. She is very responsive, straightforward, does not waste your time, and very personable . You can tell that she is very passionate in what she does. What I really love is that she took her time to explain things, made sure I understood , and negotiate. She did wonders on selling my house and walked me through every step of the way! I truly felt that she had my best interest at heart, which helped my transition be that much smoother. Love her!

Shes very attentive to all of the details and very honest and transparent to help you to be completely informed about all of your options to make the best and wisest decisions for yourself.
