They are very good in directing to the resources you need. Wish they had more hands on for us who is not tecky.

This center lacks adequate, knowledgeable staff members and communication skills between offices that provide individuals with a smooth, fair experience. Every time I call here, Im directed to upload a resume and create a profile robotically. Expediency is not honored here, so dont expect that. Ive been asked for the same documents at least 3 times, I have to call for updates or clear directives on my documents or zoom links, I was sent to an orientation 45 minutes away today that I already completed, and was met with pass the buck mentality when I got frustrated that nobody knew why I was actually there.I did receive an apology after I displayed my frustration. Im putting my best effort forward to find a job and advance my career, and these folks cant even communicate with other offices within their agency. By the time you fill out paperwork and even get assigned a career counselor, itll be weeks before your file is completed and considered so dont expect immediate help.
