        They are the rudest, most ignorant rental office app ever seen or talk to you in my entire life. Do not rent here. It is not worth the headache.

        New resident. I have called in to the HOA and made a complaint over the telephone. The property manager never answers the phone. The exterior is awful, needs painting, the buildings are not cleaned on a regular basis. My building reeks urine. I told the representative from the management company that if I don't receive a returned call then I will file a formal complaint with the county because at this point this is a health safety issue.
