James is a superb computer guru. He is extremely responsive, gets back to you quickly, and will knock himself out trying to fix your problem. His prices are more than reasonable and his customer service is excellent. I recommend him without qualification.

Was having issues with our network server. Being the weekend couldn't get anyone out, diagnosed problems remotely and was able to get us up and running same business day.

I have worked with James for 3 plus years. Over these years, I have had a variety of computer and printer problems. There hasn't been one that he has not been able to solve. Beyond his competency, he is also very easy to work with. He always returns calls and responds very quickly. He has also worked with many of my friends here at Collington. Over the weekend I noticed my laptop was running very slow to the point of being useless. I was working on a deadline for work and needed to send it in the same day, so I needed my laptop running back to normal ASAP. I google searched online and found J Technology, Inc. They were available over the weekend and able to help me over the phone and fix the issue remotely. I was very happy how quickly they were able to fix my laptop. They are very courteous & professional. J Technology, Inc. is my go to for any computer advice, and computer & networking issues. I highly recommend them! A+

I love J Technology! I accidently dropped my laptop and the screen cracked. J Technology was able to order me a replacement screen within a day and had it replaced that same exact day. Their prices are affordable too. I highly recommend them!!!
