Its about dang time we got our own Starbucks!!! I am so excited to see how far the team has come since they opened last year. This is my third home, and its like Cheers when I walk in everybody knows my name lol. Ian, Sabrina and the rest of crew dont disappoint. They know my usual drink order always friendly and smiling, even when they are getting slammed. I encourage people be prepared there may be a wait dont lose patience over something they dont have control over like people running late and want instant service or placing a mobile order from the drive throu and expecting it to be ready. And for god sake if you bring a reusable cup wash the thing.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. In particular because of an interaction that I had with the shift manager, Carol, on 3/16/24. She's unprofessional and needs to go through training on proper customer service and how to deal with stressful situations, in particular if the store is busy.
