I am new to Maryland and a friend told me about Marwood Apartments I went today and am glad I did Ms. Kelly was by far one of the kindest people she knew everything about the Apartments and answered all my questions. Some before I asked. The building is BEAUTIFUL. I pray that I can move in. Love it

I have lived at Marwood Senior Apt for 6 year's. It's one of the best places that I have lived. There's so many plus that I can name, but I'll name a few. The bldg is very well kept. The management team is the best that I have found. They honestly care about the residents and go over the top to ensure our safety and show the residents how much-loved that they are loved. The maintenance team stays on top of repairs and very efficient. The cleaning lady is awesome I'll need another page for her! The property manager has been a God sent to us and the assistance manager follow suit. Anyone who are looking for a very well kept senior place to live will not go wr-s They get a 100 from me wouldn't think about any place else for a home.

After visiting some senior apartment communities I found Marwood to be a clear choice. Professional and knowledgeable staff a hair and nail salon. Balconies which is a must for me. Clean facility and adhering to COVID guidelines.
