Jessica was knowledgeable about the area and was able to key us in to potential issues that could come up during inspections when viewing houses. I met Jessica at an open house very early in a new home search. I could tell right away she was someone who gets results. I was looking for property in a specific area a hot high demand area. Not only did she find exactly what I wanted but we went from an 8:30am new listing to a signed contract in less than 12 hours. Thats what I call results.
