The customer service is outstanding. I have dealt with two people from the Towson location and I would hire them both they were so pleasant.

Full bedroom of furniture, waited months. The wrong stuff came, damaged door ways and didnt tell anyone, sold us an expensive plant from the floor and told us to take it, then said we couldnt it required delivery. Clearly sent a lower priced model. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Wrong furniture, wrong accessories, missing items, and damaged our house. Not the white glove experience one would expect at these prices, additionally the furniture quality of what was delivered leaves lots to be desired- I could have done better at Ashley home store yet it cost 5x. No response from store or management, buyer beware!!!

Mary and the Arhaus Towson team have been a dream to work with for helping to furnish my first home. Mary spent over two hours with me during my first visit in-store showing me various pieces that would work for my space and designing custom 3D mock-ups so that I could visualize everything. Marys communication and level of detail and genuine care about myself and my home before, during and after my visit exceeded my expectations. I have made large purchases with West Elm and other furniture companies, and was blown away by the level of customer service received at Arhaus in comparison. Im thrilled with my decision to shop at Arhaus and can not recommend Mary and Arhaus Towson enough! Bonus points for the huge, GORGEOUS new storefront at Kenilworth

Beautifully crafted home goods, and I recently discovered their flatware collection. Oh my! Looks like they'll be receiving even more of my money in the not too distant future.
