Max is my favorite lash tech and Ive been going to her since May 21! Shes always been accommodating with my schedule and provides the best service. I love my lashes and always receive compliments. She understands the look Im going for and I rarely need makeup for my everyday look as a result!

I have been going to Max for almost two years as initially she was great however, there must be something going on because she has become very unprofessional and lashes not up to par. First of all,I was forced to wait over an hour for an appointment with no explanation or apologies, if a client is late theres a $25 fee so shouldnt it be the same the other way around. After paying for a sitter for my son for another appointment made, I received a text (not even a call) 10 min prior to the appointment time while waiting in the parking lot that she wouldnt be there, as she was just seeing my Groupon appointment, keep in mind her site allowed me to make the appointment the day prior and clearly showed the time slot as available (i assume purposely didnt show because I purchased one of her Groupons and wouldve paid $20 less or just extremely disorganized). As a business owner myself, I cater more to my loyal clients as I do appreciate the value and referrals they make to my business, as a black business owner I always support other BBOs , however,I would definitely not refer Max based on the lack of professionalism and respect for clients time and the lashes not up to standards as they have in the past. I do hope she makes changes to how the business is being ran and the level of care provided to clients as this is not a good direction for the business to succeed.
