MAC Cosmetics

Alexis at MAC was so helpful on my birthday recently! I decided last minute that I should probably wear makeup on my birthday and was looking for an appt at MAC. Alexis was the only one in the store and was unable to devote all of the attention I would have needed to my face but she did help me find my perfect foundation shade, eyeshadow, liner and lip combo. She did all of this while helping at least two other customers with their needs. Before she left me to help others, she always left me with things to consider/think about so I didnt actually feel unattended. I looked great for my birthday dinner! Im grateful to her. I would give Alexis 5 stars for the way she handled being understaffed, but I have to give the store 4 stars because you all NEED to hire more staff. Even though she handled it well, she should have to. It left a stain on the company. I know Alexis would have done a wonderful face if she had the help necessary. Its MAC, please invest in your staff/MUAs

I went here with my mom around Christmas time and Tisha attended to us. I hope thats her name. She was such a vibe. She had so much patience with my African mother . My mom even liked her. She matched both of us perfectly. We came in there for some more foundation and we ended up spending $500. Shes really good lol! Thank you again.
