        Totally disappointed! Visited the towson Burlington store to grab some needed essentials and was treated very poorly by a loss prevention officer! I am disabled and needed to transport my items with the cart! As I attempted to leave the store I was stopped by an extremely rude male wearing a loss prevention vest! His exact statement was cant you read the sign no carts taken outside the store?! I told him that I was disabled and that not being able to transport my items with a cart will be difficult! He stated well take that up with Burlington so I am disabled and unable to carry weighted items without the assistance of a cart! His resolution was for me to take the issue up with Burlington! I guess courtesy and professionalism is no longer a concern for Burlington. Not to mention Disability act! Why should a disabled person be treated so poorly! It really hurts that in 2024 disabled people are still are so disregarded , Burlington is a long standing business and should always ensure that all customers are welcomed and accommodate all customers disabled and the like! I have been a shopper for many years but as of today I feel unwelcome! If you dont allow customers to use carts outside the store then thats a dealbreaker for the disabled persons who may not have the luxury of having someone help them transport items! Burlington please do better its 2024 even tattoo shops accommodate people with disabilities and you should too!
