We made a decision to be without a car until the car market improves before purchasing a new car. Margaretta is wonderful. She is always accommodating and trustworthy. The rental cars are clean, and are in great condition. You cant beat their prices. I have told friends and family about renting a car here. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a very bad experience and multiple issues with another corporate rental car company. Then I went to Towson Economy Auto Rental. Their cars are well maintained, the staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. I'll rent from them over and over again.

I was helped out in a pinch after an accident, extremely nice people , very patient , explained everything to me in a simple manner , had me in and out in 15 minutes.

Rented a U-Haul here and had a super nice experience. Like other reviews Ive read, the team was absolutely friendly and helpful. Our rental was clean and in great shape, but it was the really nice people that made the experience such a pleasure.
