        I came here a little before 2pm on a Sunday. I ordered 12 regular tenders and 8 spicy tenders. After about 10 minutes I was informed that they had the tenders thawing because they had been frozen and offered me the opportunity to change or refund my order. I chose to just wait for the tenders because I figured it was the freshest option. While I waited, I was offered a complimentary donut or fountain drink for my troublewhen my tenders were ready (about 45 minutes later), I received a few extra strips. The staff was all friendly and I understand that these things happen sometimes. I was in no rush, so it wasnt a big deal lolI think the staff handled the mishap as best they could. The tenders were delicious lol
