Disappointed , paid and left with the same problem I came in with. When I schedule my apt. I was very clear about my problem. I guess listening is a dying skill.

I have not been to a dentist in about 2 years. A cleaning was long overdue. Scheduling an appointment was easy. My appointment went fabulously. Dr. Pilgrim and his team were attentive and thorough. I will not miss my next appointment.

Prior to seeing Dr. P I hated going to the dentist and so did my kids. He has gentle hands with every procedure. I have witnessed how he builds relationships with his patients. He explains oral care to kids in a way they understand. the best is that he talks directly to the kids so they feel like grownups and know that it is their responsibility to take care of their health. My kids constantly remind me that Dr. P said they have to floss and rinse with mouth wash every night. His after hours schedule is extremely appreciated by us working parents. Oh and his staff is great, it is such a family environment. We have become patients for life.

My 6 year old son was experiencing pain in his cheek from an infected cavity. Dr. Karl saw him after work hours and made sure he was taken care of. He then made a weekend appointment to accommodate my work schedule to get my son out of pain. My son now only wants to go to Dr. Karl. He really cares about his patients.
