I found this appointment online. I was in unfamiliar territory. The stylist at this shop seem to do weaves and braids the most as I waited over 40 minutes for my appointment. I was not aware of this before I booked my appointment. I never paid 90 dollars for flexi rods, ever. This app thing takes your money and the lady never told me a price. So when i asked her the price she looked perplexed. My hair looked ok in the flexi rod set. I will not return, because I like a stylist to specialize in what they are doing and this stylist said she couldn't remember the last time she did this style. I like to know the price upfront. And my time is very valuable. I don't need an app to take my money.

She did a wonderful job very professional and very personal listen to how i wanna the style. I am very natural person when come to my hair. Was very patience when came to detangled my hair. Also gave me tip on how keep in from tangled. This was not like most shop where you go and they just do there job and that it. She care about not just getting in done but also how maintain my hair and help it grow. Very personable and focus on job and my hair Heath. I would now be regular customer. Whole experience was fabulous. Can say enough how Happy I was with her work

Dionne installed my k-tips and I am very happy with my new look. She was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and provided great service and results. Shes awesome! I highly recommend!

Dionne was amazing! My niece is very tinder headed and so for her to tell me it didnt hurt was awesome. Her silk press turned out great, my niece is very excited and happy with her hair!! We will be coming back.
