        I wish I could rate with a negative star. This franchise has given me a run for my money. Literally. First, I ordered online and picked my part up at the Temple Hills location. The staff was wonderful but I was given the wrong part. The number on the receipt didnt match the number on the box. Tried to exchange at a different location they said they couldnt do it. (In terms of customer convenience, whats the point of a franchise if all locations arent connected enough to perform the same services in each store and online.) Went back to the Temple Hills location, again staff was wonderful but I received a broken part. Will return to another location to try to get the correct part that is not broken and see what they say! Hopefully in this situation the third time will be the charm. After this debacle however I wont ever be back to ANY of the platforms or locations. At this point I dont even want to go to any of their partners including CarQuest and Diehard to name a few.
