        Bagel w cream cheese and smoked salmon $18.25. My wife expected a sandwich as advertised on the top photo, we received something much much different. I reached out to management via email and asked them to correct the issue, their response was that this is not how they are supposed to make this sandwich and will fix the issue in their kitchen. Im glad to contribute to your QC program DePaola but what about the $18 dollar bagel with salmon scraps you just sold me? Ive sent 5 follow up emails asking to make right by me with a replacement sandwich or refund but theyve gone silent on me. This is no way to run a business.

        I've only ever gotten bagels from here, but they are amazing. So fresh and lots of flavors to choose from. Cheaper than Dunkin and a million times better. Everything bagel- great Sesame- great Garlic- great Banana nut- tastes nothing like banana, would not buy again

        Their bagels are the best I've had since moving from NY to MD! I just wish there was a way to order their bagel sandwiches without cheese on their website and on DoorDash!
