I originally went to Atlantic Gems to see if it was possible to resize my great aunt's engagement ring. Rahul tried everything to make it happen, but with his guidance we decided using the gem to make a custom ring would be a better approach. Rahul walked my fianc and I through the entire design process and helped us create something unique. At the beginning of the process, I was extremely intimidated by all of the choices and didn't know where to start. Rahul made choosing a ring not only pressure-free, but made it an enjoyable process that ended with something perfect. I can't thank him enough for all of his help. I'd highly recommend Atlantic Gems and Rahul.

My fianc and I are so happy with how my engagement ring came out! We came to Rahul after being unsatisfied with our visit at Brilliant Earth, and had such a great experience getting to design everything about the ring. We wanted to do moissanite and he totally supported that decision without making us feel guilty for not wanting diamonds. He worked with us to make sure the end result was exactly what I wanted. My fianc proposed last week and the ring is so beautiful.

Knowledgable, Professional, patient and kind. Even though they do a large wholesale business, Raul and his team took time out of their busy schedules to help me with ring repairs. He also shared a couple of gorgeous custom pieces he was working on. They have a vast selection of stones and gems for custom pieces, they or someone else can create, in addition to repairs. Will definitely be returning.
