        Saw the ratings online and felt good about the firm. Went in had my taxes done and everything looks fine but unfortunately, I cannot get a pdf copy. It has been three months now. Called Mr. Gonzalez several times and he wouldnt answer my calls. Used my work phone to call him and immediately got an answer. Therefore, requested for a copy and he asked again for my email which he already have on file. Nonetheless, I decided to text him my email address and yet still he has not sent it. Called back with both my phone number and work number and again he will not answer. A terrible experience. Will not recommend..
