Their customer service is terrible. There is a lady called Mariam she doesnt know how to talk to the customers. My husband asked her a simple question and she replied saying this is not a dentist office this is unacceptable!

very poorly managed. I was referred to the place by a friend who works in another office, however the experience was not worth the bucks. Despite claiming years of experience, no significant input was added to have additional savings, and employee's didn't have much knowledge except for one person (who himself was busy with other customers & took his time to respond for us to progress). The team was hasty to submit the returns without even disclosing the fee till the last minute and guilt tripping the client into paying, as they had it almost done. One of the business filings were submitted even without me completing my input, and the personal tax filing wasn't even shown to me before submitting (with no effort to save any dollars except for the points I had shared with them). Most unique idea by the team was to not round-off numbers for personal expense items and that's it. For the amount charged, there are definitely better consultants out there (which I overlooked because of reference) who try to understand the whole scenario and find genuine ways to save your tax dollars (for which they are being paid)

This is for Edward. I dont think he has enough knowledge about tax Cz whenever I ask him something about tax I dont know & I think so yah thats the exact two responses I get. I went their office and filled tax return on 21 February and sign the paperwork and everything with Edward. A week later when I was trying to check my refund status on irs website it was saying my information didnt match. I called Edward and he said oh Someone forgot to e-file for you. Its not someone, its you Cz you were my accountant. Then a week later I checked again on IRS website about the refund status but it was still saying information didnt match. I called him again he said he already e filed for me and IRS is pretty backed up this year so it might take couple of more weeks to see the status on website. Then I went to their office again to make sure everything was okay with my filing. I found out he put my last name as my first and first name as my last. I dont want to be mean but thats the dummest thing an accountant can make a mistake of when I handed him over my driver license when he was filling up the application. Anyway long story short. My tax file was actually filed on March 14 (it supposed to be February 21)the day I went to office again to check everything was okay. If I was not going their on March 14th then I couldnt find out about the issue in my tax filing. But Mr Shafin is awesome, he is a great guy. Id highly recommend to work with Mr Shafin and Ill never want Edward to make my tax file again.
