Amazing Real Estate Agent/Broker delivered a quick, successful sale during a changing housing market. Our single-family home of 35-years was put on the market September 29, 2022; we received a ratified sales contract for our asking price in 8 days. During this timeframe, interest rates were escalating substantially as well as gas prices. Significant concerns regarding inflation and national economic downturn were on everyone's minds. In addition, our sales price was $120,000 above the last house which sold on our street in April 2022. Closing and Settlement went off without any glitches as a result of Dan's due diligence and understanding of managing "issues" during a highly changing and unpredictable housing market. Dan is a confident and highly skilled Real Estate Agent/Broker who applied various means by which to communicate and present our needs to potential buyers.
