Hannah represented me while I was searching for a new home for my business. She is hands down the best there is in commercial real estate. Hannah is fair, honest, hard working and really does have her client's best interest at hand. She most impressed me by taking great initiative and going beyond what was being offered in the market. Here is a review I have for Hannah McCann from Go Brent Realty: Background: I am a founder, Director of RevampFIT, a small fitness business that started in Takoma park DC. We have been in operations for 3 years doing all things fitness & wellness. Coming out of a lock down, we were fortunate to have many of our previous clients and new clients come in for our services. We shorty became desperate for a new space for our business since we did not have the facility for new members, new trainers and even some other services we wanted to offer. I searched for spaces for about a year and went through such an incredible amount of hoops and found no success. It was a horrible process doing it alone. After i met Hannah, Everything changed. She gave me confidence and hope that as a small business with very little to show potential landlords, finding a space was achievable. Through the process Hannah put my best interest and my ambition of finding a new space in the same high value & regard. She was very professional, intentional and precise with everything she did for us. We (RevampFIT), thanks to Hannah, found an incredible 2100 sqft space at an incredible cost with just about 2-3 weeks of work.
