We cannot say enough about how helpful, effective, and reliable Licia and her whole team were during our home buying process. This was my first time buying a home, my wife's second and Licia was incredibly patient and kept us on track to get through the process successfully. She wrote offers that were very competitive and gave us great advice. Licia was also very accessible and could be relied upon to either answer the phone/text/email right away or very quickly.
