I could not be more pleased with Frank and Jeanne and their management and real estate services. I worked with Frank for more than two years and he was a diligent, proactive property manager who kept me compliant with local laws and codes, handled repairs quickly and cost-efficiently, and, most importantly, eliminated many landlord stresses. When it came time to sell my condo, Frank oversaw all repairs and upgrades. Jeanne got it listed and we were under contract within three days. She was communicative and helpful throughout the process. Before I knew it, we had smoothly closed and I had maximized my gains with little fuss. I would very happily work with Frank and Jeanne again and will certainly refer them to friends in need of property management and/or real estate assistance.

I've know Jeanne and Frank for close to ten years. They have helped me lease a 10,000 sf warehouse for my business, and buy and sell a home. They helped a novice business owner and first-time home buyer, and made the process way less scary and stressful! They are both very professional to work with, and are just nice people too. They also have a great love for animals and devote countless hours and much money to the plight of homeless animals.

Being a military family and having moved, bought & sold many homes for over 25 years, we can honestly say Jeanne Lishia is the best realtor we have ever had!
