      Our process has been same for all customers. Changing the scope of work, leads us to go thru the full process, and scope creep leads to work element changes. To assist you, we pointed out that the design you approved, vs the graphics on your existing window were not aligned. We prefer to do the right thing, instead of accepting any order and compromise on quality or our service commitment. We value your feedback and will make further improvements based on your inputs.
