Very thorough .. explained all the problems and his plan to fix the problems .. he texted me before arrival which was very helpful that I knew exactly when he was coming.. as a bonus, he completely cleaned up.

Some companies tried to upsell the situation, but H-Two-O came in at the lowest cost with a well-defined scope of work to resolve the issue while not proposing frivolous work.
The team came in and had the line dug up, cleared, and water running in a single day. Workers were extremely courteous of my house by laying out work mats on the floors and removing their shoes.
I am extremely appreciative of the work done and highly recommend H-Two-O to anyone with a serious plumbing issue!
