The CVS Pharmacy at Westfield Wheaton Mall is just excellent! I had the most positive experience when receiving a flu shot here in 2021 and 2022. The personnel at the pharmacy are very professional and very helpful. It is also so very convenient to have a CVS inside a mall where I frequently shop.

My husband and I recently came to this pharmacy for our flu shots. The pharmacist, Jovon, is excellent-- he is very friendly and professional.

CVS is inefficient in the way they re-order medications. Even if a prescription request has been submitted weeks before it is eligible to fill and dispense to you, CVS will not prompt a re-order of medications until that day of eligibility. In other words, if you rely on taking medication on a daily basis, it may take up to 7 days before CVS can re-stock and dispense your medication. Even worse: for certain controlled medications, CVS will NOT allow you to transfer your prescription to another location that may have it in stock. If you rely on a daily medication for which the prescription, and it can only be filled on a monthly basis, be prepared for CVS to prevent you from taking medication for up 7 days (i.e., nearly 1/4 of a month).
