        Beyond incompetent. Medicine is not ready when promised. Techs are incapable of communicating with customers and understanding them. Team members are rude. Phone continually goes straight to voicemail. No concern or effort to get people the meds they need in a time sensitive manner. Meds are frequently not filled correctly or in the correct quantity.

        The pharmacists have always been helpful especially navigating insurance for certain prescriptions. I don't know his name, but the male pharmacist would even make extra calls to get my prescriptions sorted. He recognized me and my husband who would sometimes get my prescriptions for me and my husband always had the same positive experience.
