Had arthroscopic knee surgery through this center, which also includes their Piccard Surgery Center and the physical therapy center next door to the doctors offices on Medical Park Drive. They own all 3 phases of your care.
The staff is fine, but I got the impression that the doctors are in this for the money. 1+ year after surgery and my knee still hurts, sometimes badly enough that it's difficult to put weight on it. But the doctors told me it was in my head. Anyone can put their hand on the side of my knee and feel that it is several degrees warmer than the rest of my leg or the other knee. There is something wrong.
I also was upset when Percocet (Oxycodone + Acetaminophen, which is an opioid analgesic) was prescribed for post-surgery pain without first discussing this with me. There was no discussion before surgery about the options for handling the post-surgery pain. There are other options, and you do not need to take addictive pain killers to get through the first few days of recovery.
Although the therapists at the physical therapy center are fine, the center is understaffed and you don't get as much personal time or assistance as you should.
Additionally, the coordination of the surgery between the physicians' office and their Piccard Surgery Center was screwed up 3 times: first, they mixed up my records and gave me another patient's records. Second, they had the wrong procedure on my records (ankle surgery, not knee). And the third time, they had the wrong knee.
DO NOT put your health or life in the hands of these morons. They are terrible health care providers.
