My siblings and I reached out to Jessica for our mother . She sold her condo and helped her find a condo in a 55+ community . She was knowledgeable , answered all of my moms questions ( in Spanish ) and helped her feel more comfortable about some of the things she was confused about . She got her condo sold real fast and went above and beyond by picking her up when we werent available . I appreciate how sweet and patient she was the entire time . I would recommend her to everyone , she did not disappoint !

I love Jessica!!! She was super patience with me when buying my first home. I love that any questions that I have she was able to take her time to explain it for me until I understand. Hands down the BEST realator. Patient, kind, and charismatic. You wouldnt be able to tell she has other clients because she makes you feel like youre her only one. You can really tell she loves her job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I can confidently say that part of the reason why I managed to get an offer accepted in today's crazy seller's market is due to Jessica. I know this because even the seller's agent confirmed it's one of the top reasons why my offer was chosen! It's because Jessica showed to be professional, easy to work with and knowledgable of the entire process and market. She made me feel valued and paid attention to my criteria.
