Chris Albrick was extremely helpful in selling our house. He did all of the research of the qualities of our neighborhood, priced out similar properties in the neighborhood and arranged an experienced and talented photographer. His promotional flyer looked so good that a neighbor called to tell me how beautiful it was. Chris advised us on what price to list at. We had an open house and we had a number of offers. We had an offer over the listing price and we accepted within days of the open house. He made sure all of our documents were correct and ready to go at closing. I am very happy I was introduced to Chris Albrick by my cousin, Ali, who was always bragging about how Chris got him such a great deal on his dream home even though there was a lot of competition for it. I didnt really believe a realtor could be as good as what Ali was saying, not only how professional he said he is, and a very good negotiator, but how friendly and loyal he is, so much so that they became friends. I had become very frustrated making several offers for over a year and never getting one accepted. But with Chris at my side, all of a sudden everything fell into place quickly. He is so passionate about real estate, and with his dedicated partner, Lori, they quickly found the perfect home I was looking for, in the right location and for a great price something I was convinced was impossible in this housing market.
