My wife and I had such a good experience working with GO BRENT and Cari Jordan. We were under a lot of pressure to move out of state to provide caretaking for a parent. Cari and her team helped us extensively during this process which relieved a lot of stress. I've never seen a team come in and perform the level of service that they did. We certainly highly recommend them.

Cari is a great DMV agent. We have bought 2 houses with the help of Cari since 2020 in both a hectic multiple offer situation and a rural massive fixer up + seller negotiations situation. Cari went above and beyond in both situations and added the humor and spirit necessary to get through all of it.

Cary Jordan is the best! She knows her market and she had our home staged so professionally. Our home sold for top dollar even during the less active Fall Season. She took care of the details with the contractors which made our very emotional move so much less stressful.

Cari Jordan was outstanding to work with when we sold our house in downtown Silver Spring in February 2024. We received 5 offers less than a week after our house went on the market. Her recommendations on how to price, prep, and stage our home meant that buyers saw our house at its very best. We interviewed three realtors and selected Cari based on her deep knowledge of local neighborhoods and understanding of what buyers are looking for. We decided to make updates before selling, and she found and scheduled work with a great contractor, which made the process much easier for us. Cari also understands how house tours translate into likely offers, and let us know what to expect before our house went on the market, and her predictions were spot on. She is also very responsive and warm, which is really important during the stress of selling a home!

I'm moving into my literal dream home. On terms that are perfect for me. Solidly within my budget. What more could you ask for? Cari was incredible. She always had time for us and was super prepared. We had long talks at a cafe, we saw so many houses, and basically always on our schedule. She popped up whenever there was a listing she was excited about for us. And she was kind and fun and understanding and a great teacher. The moment I felt COMPLETELY safe in Cari's care was when she said, confidently but almost as an aside, "I like to win". Ever since then I've been making little jokes about, "well, we knew it would all work out - Cari likes to win!". And she clearly meant "win" in a holistic way - not just getting us a house, but us getting a house that we LOVE without going over budget. Yay Cari!!!
