Sleep Number

I happen to come in upon running errands noticing the sleep number store, remembering a need I had to order a mattress cover. I knew the item was customer service but thought Id go in the store and have them help me call because I wasnt having good luck w/the customer service folks via phone. G. Damon was great. He was patient, and he did whatever was needed to allow me to get to the finish line. Kudos to Damon for obviously just being who he is. Thank you, Damon

Was having terrible migraine and neck pain. The customer service people were amazing. Very helpful. Help end me find what I was looking for and I am loving my new pillow. No more migraines or neck pain. Such a difference.

Today I brought my grandmother in to purchase a new mattress. We were greeted by Ms. Reno with a nice smile . She assisted us very well. She answered all questions and was very friendly as my granny can be a handful sometimes . My grandmother test some of your mattress and found the perfect one for her . She made sure she explained everything to her and made her feel really comfortable as she is vision impaired . My grandmother walked out getting a mattress and a new top for her mattress . Thanks so much Reno for taking care of us today , and being patient . We really appreciate everything !
