LIFE CHANGING. In two sessions with Michele my nearly debilitating knee pain vanished. Walking down stairs had hurt for almost 2 years. Formerly an avid runner, I couldn't run anymore. X-rays showed nothing significant wrong with my knee so my doctor had no ideas for how to treat me. Michele tested my range of motion and located trigger point knots in my leg, determining that the pain I felt in my knee came not from the knee itself, but muscles and ligaments which CONNECT to the knee. It only too two sessions of about two hours each (plus some simple strecthes Michele taught me) for my knee to be pain-free for the first time in nearly two years. Any time my knees act up now, I do the stretches Michele taught me. I'm back to running; I no longer dread stairs. Living pain-free again is wonderful! Thanks, Michele!

Excellent pain management therapy sessions. Michele is very knowledgable and experienced and treated me with care. She has different techniques depending on the pain issue and I have found all of them to be incredibly helpful. Thank you Michele.

After talking to Michele on the phone, I realized that she thoroughly understood chronic pain issues in a way that my chiropractor and massage therapist did not. After a visit, I felt better than I had in years. A+ experience.
