        I went to have six watch batteries replaced. Though I was surprised at the prices quoted, ($10, $10, and $8), I realized thats inflation. I prioritized and chose to leave the three I wear most. When I returned I was told my fee was $35.00. The woman who originally quoted me the prices spoke up and said the charge should be $28.00. Apparently screws had to be removed to replace the battery in the least expensive watch, which I bought for under $30.00. So the $8.00 battery cost me $15.00. When I said, I will not be returning, they didnt seem to care. I cant believe they are willing to loose a customer due to their mistake. I will NEVER go back to Gold Castle Jeweler.
