On Wednesday 10/05/2023 I was in an accident on Highway 495 and I am so grateful for the service I received from my Bethesda General Insurance agent. It is very disconcerting and confusing to be in a car accident, especially on Route 495. The first thing I did was call my agent and one of his employees named Oscar answered. He was so kind and knowledgeable that he quickly walked me through the process. He gave me the necessary towing and auto repair contacts. He made sure that the tow truck service arrived quickly. He made everything so easy. Everything was resolved quickly. Once I was at the car rental, I called my contact at Bethesda General Insurance, Carlos Hernandez, and as always he answered the extra questions I had and continued to guide me until the process was finished. Bethesda General Insurance has very valuable employees who represent their company spectacularly. Thank you for the great service I received from Bethesda General Inurance!
