Silver Spring Heating and Cooling Service

Being newer to the area, we did a ton of research and went with Knights Heating and Cooling Service for a new HVAC system for our newly purchased home in September. They were clean, attentive and pleasant to work with and so easy to reach. Unfortunately they did have to come out an additional time to fix a minor mistake, but they were prompt and apologetic. We also had them fix some plumbing issues around thanksgiving and had another great interaction. Highly recommend it!

I was very pleased with the whole experience from Knights Heating and Cooling Service. I contacted them because our furnace was not functioning well. They called back instantly, and set up and appointment and solved the problem immediately. I highly recommend them!!

A very professional and courteous crew came to complete the job over two days. They stayed in contact and communicated when they would be arriving on both occasions as well as when to schedule the days for HVAC installation. They were friendly and tidy during the painting process and cleaned up wonderfully upon completion. I am very happy with the job and highly recommend them.

I have two residential properties that are covered by the maintenance service agreement and Knights Heating and Cooling Service has always been quick to answer the phone and dispatch a tech out. This morning I called at 8 am and a tech was out there working on the issue by 9 am. Awesome company and technician. Highly recommended.
